Back in the ‘Wild’ Protocols


On your journey to more intentional wellness and coherent energy, it is important to continue to integrate a different and more intentional way in between your Energy Enhancement Sessions at Foundational Frequency.

Here are some of our favourite protocols to assist you when you’re back in the ‘wild’ – the pressures and routines of everyday life that often (unconsciously) bought us to a place of needing support for our health, wellness and energy in the first place. This is all about subtle shifts for radical change in the long term.

  • Grounding every day or a few times each week to connect, barefoot, back into the earth. We can’t expect to be in touch with ourselves and the natural rhythm of life when we insulate ourselves from it every day. Earthing, as grounding is often known, is all about connecting into the carbon of the Earth and can have the following benefits: lowers inflammation, improves sleep, reduces pain, improves blood pressure, reduces anxiety, alleviates fatigue, improves mood and reduces oxidative stress.
  • Walks outside in nature where you engage your 5 senses and take in what you hear, see, smell, taste and touch. This helps us become far more present in the moment.
  • Morning Sunlight and a night-time sleep routine: this helps regulate your circadian rhythm, cortisol levels and assists with a daily dose of vitamin D.
  • Slow down and Pause: Incorporate pauses for potency into your day, week and year
  • Journal or Meditate: This is all about 5 to 10 minutes of stillness to allow your mind to quiet and your unconscious thoughts to come through into your conscious ones.
  • Affirmations: Use our affirmation cards to tune into how you need to support yourself today and embrace your personal power.
  • Stop old Narratives that no longer serve you: Consider the mindsets that you hold and stories that you tell yourself daily and consider whether they no longer serve you?
  • A sense of Community:  Join our upcoming community events to find like minded people, expand your awareness and consciousness and find a more easeful way to navigate life. You’re not alone on this journey that we call life. 
    • Salt Baths: Salt Baths clear our energy and help our bodies natural detoxification processes. Sea salt and Himalayan Salt assists your body in efficiently clearing toxins and heavy metals from your skin as they are released by your cells. 
    • Hydrate: Hydration is an essential ingredient for cellular change, especially as we’re made of more than 70% water. It is good to hydrate steadily for several days prior to your session as well as during and after your session. To increase the capacity of your cells to absorb water, try adding the juice of half a lemon or a generous pinch of sea salt. To further support your bodies re-energisation, re-mineralise your water with essential trace minerals.⁠
    • Shake it off: Let go of the moments, the day and any events that have triggered you or stayed with you. Moving, rebounding or physically shaking your body helps us release any of that energy and move into our next moments in a more coherent and balanced way.
    • Attitude of Gratitude: Develop an attitude of gratitude for the small things in life that we often take for granted.
    • Know there is enough: We often think that there is not enough wealth, love, support or good people out there. What you focus on expands and is what you attract. Change your perspective and lean into faith that there is enough for us all. There is an abundance of whatever we seek if we lean into faith. Focus on what you have, rather than what you don’t. If you’re looking for love or a relationship and believe that there is a scarcity of conscious partners out there, that is what you will find. Believe that there is an abundance and you’ll be surprised as to what you find. 
    • Curate what you consume, watch and engage with: Watch less news that moves you into an energy of fear, scarcity and a lower vibration. The energy that we engage with is the energy that we take on. Spend time with people, connections and energy that resonates and lifts your vibration. 
  3. ENHANCE YOUR ENERGY          
    • Embrace joy: Do one thing a day that brings you joy and taps into a sense of passion or play.
    • An act of kindness: Pay good energy forward and perform an act of kindness as often as you are able to. Smile and wave at strangers, chat to a shop assistant, buy someone a coffee or hold the door open for someone. Get creative and you’ll see how this feeds into a more supportive energy for yourself. It’s contagious.
    • Hugs: We need at least 8 hugs a day to maintain our sense of connection, so hug those you love daily.
