Burnout Reset Retreat – 29 November | Sandton | 11am – 1:30pm

Feeling emotionally drained, physically tense, or stuck in survival mode?
This one-day retreat is designed to help you recover from burn out, reset your nervous system and reconnect with your body’s natural rhythm.

Through a carefully curated blend of therapies, you’ll experience:
• NeuroSomatic Release (NSR) – fascia trauma release + tremor-informed healing to recalibrate the nervous systems capacity to hold life’s challenges.
• Acudetox – gentle ear acupuncture to support detox, emotional regulation, clear overthinking and calm your body.
• Biofield Tuning – sound therapy to clear energetic congestion from the year.
• Guided Meditation – to restore inner clarity and calm from the brain itself.
• EE Frequency Therapy – to amplify cellular repair and nervous system balance

This is not a spa day. It’s a deep, intentional recalibration for those who’ve been carrying too much for too long.

Important Information:

  • Only 7 spaces will be available.
  • The NSR portion of the session will be done on yoga mats. Please bring a yoga mat + pillow + Blanket.
  • Acudetox portion of the session will be done on the recliners.
  • Unfortunately, no rescheduling will be done for this session as it is a once off event.

Event Disclaimer: Please note that all event bookings are non-refundable. We require 48 hours notice to transfer your event booking to another existing event that is available for booking at the time of transfer or a Foundational Frequency EE System session. Any such credits need to be used within 30 calendar days, without exception. Late arrivals disrupt other clients experience of sessions and impact your benefit so please ensure a timely arrival.
