New Directions

Now that we have felt into the energy of 2025 and the glamour of new years’ resolutions and lofty goals has gotten real, it’s time to look at the year with fresh eyes.  Join us for a REFLECTION session to help in setting NEW DIRECTIONS for your year – directions that resonate. We will hold space for you to reflect, gain perspective and set new courses that resonate in the areas of business/work, family/relationships, moments / exploration, health / wellness, financial and other- journalling guide will be provided.

This event will be hosted in the energy of the Energy Enhancement (EE) System at Foundational Frequency in Morningside, Sandton which repowers your body at a cellular level so that your body can heal itself. The EE System emits scalar waves which create a field effect to facilitate cell regeneration, improve circulation and immune function, reduce inflammation, provide relief from pain, detoxify the body, elevate moods, and assist in balancing right and left brain balance for optimal meditation and sleep states, giving the body the tools and energy it needs to help heal itself.
