Rates
Optimal treatment time is 2 hours for effective results and a number of sessions would be advised depending on a person’s health, however, 1 hour sessions are available. Two to three (i.e. 4 to 6 hours) are optimal to feel and see initial results as effects are cumulative. It’s important to remember is that the body has its own priority list when it comes to healing. It will support overall improved energy and wellness, whilst address the most pressing concerns (from the body’s perspective) first.

Packages are non-refundable and valid for 3 years as per the Consumer Protection Act.

We are happy to accommodate youth sessions for all ages below 16. Please email booking@foundationalfrequency.com for availability.
Rates
- R1,500 for Adult and Youth for 1 x 1 hour session
- R2,000 for Adult and Youth for 1 x 2 hour session
- Monthly packages for 4 sessions available on request
- Extra Youth (accompanying an adult and youth):
- R500 for 1 hour
- R750 for 2 hours
All youth must be accompanied by an adult.
Well behaved Animal Session
(i.e. dog) – upon special request and conditions, subject to availability and accompaniment by owner.

Given how complimentary this wellness modality is to so many others, this would create a great event space to amplify the experience of sound journeys, meditation sessions, talks, yoga, stretching and deep breathing classes.

Sessions are by appointment only, bookable a day in advance online. We may not be able to accommodate walk ins so please check our calendar availability.
Daytime Adult Sessions are available during the following hours:
- Monday – Friday: 8 a.m – 6 p.m
- Saturday: 10am – 2pm
- Sunday: 9am – 12pm
- Overnights Monday – Saturday: 8 p.m. to 6 a.m. (Please call us to schedule overnight sessions)
Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your session for parking, check-in, and a brief orientation if this is your first visit. See below for parking information and maps.
We are unable to extend your time or refund you if you show up late. Product credit will be provided for any cancellations, as we regret no refunds will be provided.
